Pope calls for Sunday Legislation
A recent news article that appeared in the Detroit News on July 7, 1998, revealed the pope's stern call for Sunday legislation. The Pope was quoted as saying that a violator should be "punished as a heretic."

There are many, even those engaged in this movement for Sunday enforcement, which are blinded to the results which will follow this action. They do not see that they are striking directly against religious liberty. There are many who have never understood the claims of the Bible Sabbath and the false foundation upon which the Sunday institution rest....

Those who are making an effort to change the Constitution and secure a law enforcing Sunday observance little realize what will be the result. A crisis is just upon us.-5T 711 (1889). Last day events page 126.

As the Sabbath has become the special point of controversy throughout Christendom and religious and secular authorities have combined to enforce the observance of the Sunday, the persistent refusal of a small minority to yield to the popular demand will make them objects of universal execration.-GC 615 (1911). When the leading churches of the United States, uniting upon such points of doctrine as are held by them in common, shall influence the state to enforce their decrees and to sustain their institutions, then Protestant America will have formed an image of the Roman hierarchy, and the infliction of civil penalties upon dissenters will inevitably result...

In the very act of enforcing a religious duty by secular power, the churches would themselves form an image to the beast; hence the enforcement of Sunday keeping in the United States would be an enforcement of the worship of the beast and his image. The Croatian parliament has passed a law forcing shops to close on Sundays in a concession to the Roman Catholic church.

The church has campaigned for years for Sundays to be devoted to family or Mass in Croatia, which is almost 90 percent Roman Catholic. But Croatians have begun spending weekends in shopping malls that have flourished across the country in the past few years and remain open seven days a week.

Germany Reaffirms Sunday Law

Dec. 1, 2009, marks a historic day in Germany in more ways than one! By Ron Fraser

Coincident with the enacting of the Lisbon Treaty/EU constitution on December 1, Germany’s Constitutional Court has ruled that the nation’s capital must, like the rest of the country, abide by the law instituting Sunday as a day “of rest from work and of spiritual improvement” (Deutsche Welle, December 1).

Since the war, Berlin had enacted its own legislation allowing 10 shopping Sundays per year. That local ruling is now quashed. Effective from Jan. 1, 2010, Berlin must fall into line with the law institutionalizing Sunday as a day of rest and religious contemplation as contained in Germany’s Basic Law.

The actual law establishing Sunday as Germany’s weekly day of worship is enshrined in an appendix to the Basic Law under the heading, “Extracts From the German Constitution of Aug. 11, 1919 [Weimar Constitution].” There we find, under the subhead “Religion and Religious Societies,” Article 139, which reads: “Sunday and holidays recognized by the state shall remain protected by law as days of rest from work and of spiritual improvement.”

Though, under that same section, Article 137 (1) states “There shall be no state church,” the effect of the Sunday law is to institutionalize Roman Catholicism and its daughter churches as Germany’s state religion.

Those aware of the history of the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation will see this move by Germany’s highest court as one step further toward enforcing Rome’s religion, not only as the state religion on Germany, but on the whole European empire enacted by treaty on this infamous day, Dec. 1, 2009.

The owner of Sundaylaw.info (Manuel Polanco) a broadcaster and singer has being kidnapped 5 times. 4 in the US, and 1 time in the Dominican Republic. He was forced in to an ambulance and brought to the Interfaith Catholic Hospital in Brooklyn the first time. He was captured later on, and was placed in the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital of NY. Doctors there wanted to lock him in the Staten Island´s South Beach Psychiatry Center.

The Interfaith Catholic Hospital conducted his search in a room were they apparently apply electric chocks. His heart banged the floor when he was brought in to a room full of electric cables and something similar to a bath tub with no hole. Not a nice way to inflict Psychological pain. 4 different oral medications were prescribed. He shared a room with an African-American who had a severe mental illness. He kicked, turned and twist in bed most of the time. Mr. Polanco feared that he was just about to be attacked by his neighbor, so he lost his sleep. They knew what his condition was, he feels it might be some sore of a torture when you´re robed of your right to sleep.
He found a portion of the scriptures on the window. The book had a WHITE vinyl cover. He tried to read it many times, but had to put it aside because his vision was blurred by all the medication given to him. They did not return his Sony Erickson cell phone when he left the hospital. It contained valuable pictures such as the ones were he posed with Miss Universe 2003, and Daneida Polanco of Univision.
Columbia Presbyterian Hospital applied injections sometimes on a daily basis. One of them made him bleed trough the urine. It´s a well known side effect of the medication that can be checked online. Doctors were forcing him to take a study were a radioactive substance was going to be injected in a 6 hours test. He was also forced by them to take meditation classes. He prays instead. When he was admitted to Columbia´s Allen Pavilion, he was seen by a doctor who interviewed him. The doctor decided that medication was not necessary, and offered him the option of refusing medication from the nurses. A few days later other doctors, not only forced medications on him, but doubled the doze. The medications given throughout all his trial, caused stiffness that can be seen as he now walks, and sleeping problems. In one occasion he was introduced to social worker who identified herself as being Catholic. She offered Manuel an apartment if he would just stay in the hospital for a day. Manuel refused the offer. A few days latter she went to his place and told him ¨I came to pick you up¨, Manuel replied ¨I´m not interested¨ but she answer, ¨You´re coming with me want it or not¨ then she said to her companion ¨Call the kids¨ and a group of police officers appeared within minutes. They told Manuel that if he refused to leave, he was going to be handcuffed. At the hospital he got surprised to see how the social worker moved the nurse from her post at the emergency room, and took his vitals herself. That happened just a few days after Manuel Polanco promoted Sundaylaw.info in the most listened morning radio program in NY. ¨El Show De Luis Jimenez¨. On it´s way to the hospital when the EMT´S were getting ready to take him to Columbia, one told the other to write down that he was hearing voices which is a false statement, and brought up a wrong record. While in captivity, he managed to make a free call to ¨El Show De Luis Jimenez¨ from a pay phone. He was interviewed by Luis Jimenez and some of the listeners. The next day somebody said ¨We were on the radio yesterday¨. He was told not to call the program anymore. One day he was asked to leave the computer, when he refused, he was told that he was forbidden to send emails. When he insisted, the lady said ¨Is part of your treatment¨. He was living at Doña Maura´s apartment, located on a 4th floor, on Audubon Ave, in a building close to the corner of 179th St in upper Manhattan when he got kidnapped that time. He grabbed that room when he found a RED lettered business card on a payphone. The room was close to the entrance of the apartment. Many nights he was awakened by the noise made by a group of people entering the apartment late at night and talking very loud. He had the impression that somebody was after him many times. He was told by Doña Maura that there was a guy that used to live in the other room, but kept the keys of the apartment. He entered the apartment without permission many nights and making noise most of the time. Mr. Polanco felt like returning to DR.
One night while sleeping he dreamed something that made him laugh, then it turned into a heavy coughing. He got up his bed and started walking towards the kitchen while continue coughing. Windows were down, and when he looked at the stove he noticed that one of the keys was opened to a full position. The apartment had become something similar to a gas chamber, so he grabbed the key, and then started to open all the windows and stocked his head out for ventilation. He also noticed that the electric sparking system of the stove had being disconnected.
Even though he was renting the room, Doña Maura asked for the keys and told him to ring the bell instead. He was left out a few times, and had to sleep somewhere else.
When he went to see the judge to try to leave the hospital, the lady doctor accused him of leaving his Para transit vehicle full of people, which is a lie. Professional Para transit keeps a computerized record that is transmitted by the vehicle every time a passenger is dropped. Is punched in by the driver. He was in a stand by mode with an empty vehicle. He was wearing a white t-shirt in which he wrote with a marker SUNDAYLAW.INFO in the front and back, hoping that the judge or some lawyer could realize that he was a victim of religious persecution. When he got to court he was expecting to talk to somebody about his case but nobody approach him while he was sitting in a bench in front of the court´s door. Only when he was told to stand up inside the court he started to identify who could be his lawyer. It happened to be a lady that was also outside accompanied by a man. She never spoke to him, and he does not remember her making any objection in his defense. Columbia Presbyterian hospital kept his Nokia phone when he got transferred to Westchester. The only valuables were pictures of a pastor worshiping an idol in a Christian church.
Mr. Jim at professional Para transit did not deposit close to 400 US of his last days of employment. He has being begging the company to pay him. Mr. Jim finally agreed to deposit his salary on 5/28/10, but as of today it has not happened. He became a Para transit driver long before all his kidnappings, and after most of them. He was examined by a doctor to see if he was able to handle mentally ill people among others. Drug and alcohol tests were also conducted. His first experience as a para transit was at Atlantic Paratransit. He was taken out of the training room and was given a car to drive instead of a truck. The seat of the car could not be moved or tilted. A few days later he was rear ended at a Sheridan expressway ramp that connected to Westchester Ave. in the Bronx. A herniated disc and another bulging were the results of the accident. He got that job after quitting his canvassing work. He remembered placing a table with the book ¨The Great Controversy¨ at the stairs of a popular church in Corona Queens.

His compensation case was handled by Littman and littman in NY, but he did not get any because the lawyer told him that he had lost his medical record.

In two occasions, doctors at the Presbyterian hospital drove him in a wheelchair to the plane to send him to the Dominican Republic.
He was told by a lawyer that he needs to pay close to 100,000 US in fees to be able to take this case to court.

Sabes que con ese versículo, logré que Dios me llamara por mi nombre una noche
Decidí buscarlo con todo mi corazón y me dediqué al colportaje por más de 5 años en la ciudad de NY. Me pasaba el día entero orando con las personas y distribuyendo literatura religiosa, la Biblia, enciclopedias de nutrición y de plantas medicinales. Puedo decir que durante ese periodo viví una vida santa.
Si un día Dios te llama, para ti no será algo nuevo. Será la voz que escuchabas cuando eras bebé. La reconocerás, como cuando un olor te traslada algún lugar, la voz de Dios te llevará a tu infancia. Por eso los niños estallan en carcajadas al deleitarse con ese inmenso amor.
Pensé que las paredes del apartamento no soportarían la potencia de esa voz. Estaba dormido cuando me llamó por mi primer y segundo nombre, y en un instante estaba sentado en la cama sin hacer ningún esfuerzo. Cada célula de mi cuerpo respondió al llamado. Pude comprender la autoridad que Dios tiene sobre nosotros. Ese reencuentro con mi Dios ha sido el momento más feliz de mi vida. El escuchar esa voz tan llena de amor y aprecio hacia mi, un pecador.

En Diciembre de 1998, mientras conducía en una autopista en Queens, NY pasé por un lugar en donde un carro de bomberos rescataba un auto que se había salido de la autopista, y se había anclado en unos matorrales. Al pasar por el lugar, mi auto resbaló y comenzó a dar vueltas. Dije "no me dejes fracasar" y apreté el timón fuertemente cuando perdí el control de aquel Lincoln Town Car, al momento del impacto con la pared divisoria una fuerza invisible me haló el vehiculo y lo cargó en el aire tan bruscamente que me desprendí del guía y me golpeé con la puerta el hombro. Fui librado rápidamente de un accidente. Esa fuerza invisible me llevó el carro al centro de la autopista y lo dejó totalmente recto. Lo movió por aproximadamente 3 carriles. Me quedé meditando por unos instantes en lo que me había pasado boquiabierto, pero las bocinas de los demás vehículos me hicieron emprender la marcha. Cuando pisé el pedal del acelerador no tuve la necesidad de mover el guía ni siquiera una pulgada para enderezar el vehiculo. Comprendí que los Ángeles son bien poderosos, responsables y que hacen las cosas perfectas. Al día siguiente comenté a algunos de mis compañeros en Santo Domingo car service y al dueño del vehiculo lo que me había pasado. Para mi sorpresa, días después el dueño me confesó que yo no estaba incluido en el seguro de dicho vehiculo, el cual solo tenía meses de comprado.
En el año 2009 visité la policía de New York y el destacamento de los bomberos de la misma tratando de ubicar la unidad de bomberos que estaba en dicha escena para obtener el testimonio de alguno de los bomberos. Fui remitido a “Fire records”, pero no pude ubicar la unidad de bomberos que estuvo presente en el accidente.

Todo esto me pasó, después de haber vuelto a los caminos del señor.
Conocí la verdad mientras era estudiante de cuarto año en el Colegio De la salle. Un día invitado por mi tía, decidí acompañar a mi primo a unos estudios bíblicos que se estaban ofreciendo en una iglesia adventista. Después de los primeros estudios acerca de la palabra de Dios llegamos a estudiar un tema acerca de los 10 mandamientos. El pastor Moreta empezó a mencionar y a describir cada uno de los 10 mandamientos originales, tal cual se encuentran en la Biblia en el capitulo 20 del libro de Éxodo. Primero habló del mandamiento que prohíbe la adoración de las imágenes. Al llegar al versículo 20:8 me sorprendió que el pastor hablara del Sábado como el día de reposo. Me llegó a la mente lo que me habían enseñado en el Catecismo cuando hablaron de los 10 mandamientos. Aquel que decía “Santificar las fiestas”. Entendí que había un conflicto entre lo que me habían enseñado antes, y lo que estaba leyendo en la Biblia.
Semanas después, mi primo y yo estábamos siendo bautizados por inmersión completa, tal como lo hizo Jesús, en una pequeña tina con suficiente agua para cumplir el propósito. Sepultarnos en el agua, y luego tomar un nuevo aliento, como símbolo de la resurrección, hacia una vida renovada para la gloria de Cristo Jesús. Todo esto luego de hacer un juramento aceptando las 24 doctrinas principales de la Iglesia Adventista Del 7mo Día.
